Grant program designed to assist low-to-moderate microenterprise business owners, sponsored by the City of Dallas Economic Development group
Grant and/or loan
Eligibility: Located in City of Dallas, less than 50 employees
Amount: Max $10,000 for grant and $50,000 for loan

Dallas County Emergency Business Assistance Program
Forgivable loan for businesses that have been negatively affected by the pandemic
Forgivable loan, 1 yr term with 1% interest
Eligibility: Located in Dallas County, <100 employees, and revenue loss greater than 25%
Amount: Max $15,000
Deadline: June 28, 2020
National Loans
Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)
Loan with potential forgiveness
Eligibility: Any business with <500 employees
Max Amount: Up to $10MM determined by 8 weeks of prior average payroll plus an additional 25% of that amount
SBA Disaster Loan and Express Bridge Loan
Loan for small business owners who need working capital to help overcome temporary loss of revenue
Disaster Loan: 3.75% interest, Bridge loan: prime + 6.5% interest
Eligibility: Any business with <500 employees, bridge loan requires relationship with an SBA Express lender
Max Amount: Disaster Loan: Up to $2MM, Bridge Loan: Up to $25k
SBA Debt Relief
SBA will cover loan payments including principal and interest for up to six months
Grant (must be used with debt payment)
Eligibility: <500 employees Current 7(a) / 504 / microloan
Max Amount: 6 months of principle and interest

Contest for businesses impacted by COVID who show strong need and strategic plan for use of funds

Grant to support beauty professionals who are unable to work due to COVID-19
